- How can I book an apartment?
- Stays are booked on Airbnb. Message us on WhatsApp at +962 77 885 2021 or email [email protected] with any question or to plan your stay, and we'll point you to the listing. Annual leases can be arranged directly with us.
- Do you offer monthly or long-term rentals?
- Yes. Most of our apartments are available for short stays, monthly rentals, or longer stays for relocations and extended visits. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we will quote a monthly rate.
- What are your check-in and check-out times?
- Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible on request, subject to the cleaning schedule of the previous stay.
- Do you offer airport transfers?
- We do not run our own airport transfers, but we can connect you with trusted local drivers we use ourselves. Send us your flight details on WhatsApp and we will arrange the pickup.
- What amenities are included in the apartments?
- Every apartment comes with high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, premium linens and towels, a smart TV, and starter toiletries. Some properties also include a workspace, washing machine, or balcony. Check the individual listing for the full amenity list.
- Can I request cleaning services during my stay?
- Yes. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. WhatsApp us at +962 77 885 2021 to schedule it and we will confirm the cost.
- How do I get the keys?
- All apartments use a smart door code, sent to you on the day of arrival. The code is the last four digits of the phone number you booked with, so it is easy to remember. No physical key handover needed.
