Annual furnished rentals in Amman, direct from the owner
A year in Amman is a different decision from a week. You are choosing where you will actually live: the neighbourhood, the commute, the building, who answers when the boiler fails. Our annual leases are arranged directly with us, the people who own and run the apartments. There is no agency in the middle and no booking-platform commission, because for a year-long contract there is no reason for either.

Annual rentals: common questions
- Can I really rent directly, without an agent?
- Yes, and for annual contracts it is the only way we do it. We own and operate the apartments ourselves. Short stays are booked through Airbnb because that is where short-stay guests are, but a year-long lease is arranged straight with us.
- Is an annual lease cheaper than paying monthly for a year?
- Yes. A twelve-month commitment removes the vacancy risk we price into short and monthly stays, and there is no platform commission. Ask for terms on the specific apartment and dates and we will give you the number.
- Are the apartments furnished?
- Fully. Furniture, appliances, kitchen equipment, linen and working internet. You can move in with suitcases. If you are bringing your own furniture for a long posting, tell us — some units can be let unfurnished or partly furnished.
- Which neighbourhoods do you cover?
- West Amman: Abdoun, Deir Ghbar, Jabal Amman, Um Uthaina and the surrounding districts. These are the areas closest to the embassies, the international schools and the main business districts.
- Can I view before signing if I am not in Jordan yet?
- Yes. We do video walkthroughs for people relocating from abroad, and we will show you the actual unit rather than a similar one. If you would rather see it in person first, a short stay before committing to a year is completely reasonable.
- What is included in the rent, and what is extra?
- Maintenance is included. Utilities are either bundled into the rent or billed at actual usage, agreed before you sign so there is no argument later. Cleaning is optional and priced separately.
