Delete Your Data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we hold, how to make the request, and how long it takes.

What we hold

Depending on how you contacted us, we may hold:

Your name, phone number and email address.

Messages you exchanged with us on WhatsApp or through a booking platform, so we can answer your questions and manage your stay.

Booking details such as dates, the apartment you stayed in, and payments.

How to ask us to delete it

Email us at <0>{{email}}</0> or message us on <1>WhatsApp</1>. Please include:

The phone number or email address you used to contact us, so we can find your records.

Whether you want everything deleted, or only your messages.

How long it takes

We will confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done, and if anything has to be kept, we will tell you what and why.

What we may have to keep

Jordanian law requires us to retain invoices and accounting records for completed bookings. Where that applies we keep only those records, delete everything else, and stop using the retained data for any other purpose.
